Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. Company policies are good and appraisal are fair.

Dislikes

There is a bond of 2 years before which you couldn't resign. Job training is not given to new joinees.
