No growth and the wieard is that am a Graphic designer and I have 20% of variable pay 80% of fixed pay If you come late your 20% salary will be cut

The only thing I liked is my co employees, everyone are super friendly.

I was happy in the beginning but coming to an end noo ....i would never work for such a company again....no clear communication, no on time salaries,if there is any issue no response is what you can expect and no prior information regarding termination
