Pros: During my tenure, I have really enjoyed one of the biggest positives that I have experienced is amazing support from HODs. Right through thick & thin, they always extend their support & constantly offer encouragement to help you grow professionally. There is a lot of emphasis on teamwork & there's really great rapport betweenteam members. There is also a lot of focus on enhancing your knowledge base about the industry & every milestone you achieve is recognized & rewarded with wholehearted enthusiasm....Read More

I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
