Good work environment and culture.teams are supportive and the management is transparent.company policies is too good ,and salary hike and bonus every year..

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management , salary is decent but career growth is slow,there is bond 2 years before which you can't resign.

This job is quite interesting, struggle a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session.
