There is a lot of work politics. They hire unpaid interns and make them work deliberately and still don't give them any opportunity after their intership period even if they have performed very well.

Managers are the worst, illiterate managers, don't know how to speak, MBA kids given huge packages, they think they are god, HR is useless, doesn't listen to the complaints against the managers, managers always harass the hardworking working, calling at night 1:00 AM, inhuman managers, managers keep themselves on leave for months and unavailable all the time and except employees to do their work.

Poor management at upper level. Team leads can’t do what their name suggests ie lead the team. Managers will overcommit and force you to work overtime then fire you over performance issues.
