Previous clarks group management were superb

Previously when the was under management of Clarks group of it was very nice. But May - 2021 ownership has changed the company is now a zero

The company start before 7 years. Still in learning process..Company growing with 80% young team members. Always ready to adopt new ideas. Company believes to give chance to young people to proof himself.

Science 2015 I am working with 1589 Hotels. Had a great time very young and one MD's . All seniors are very polite and supportive.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Flexible Timings)

New Job Anxiety?

Hey all I recently got an offer from a company as it offered me a 60-70 % hike over my current company which was about to secure a job. I am having 3 years of experience in SAP BW domain and mostly and in this I have worked for 1.6 years in BW support and that too in night shifts where there is not much work. I started preparing interviews and cleared them and now got an offer and I put my notice and my last working day was next week. Now coming to the main part even though I'm good about most part having less real time experience and exposure is freaking me out and what will be the new company expectations and I decided to work hard to learn all the details it's just the hands on I'm not sure. With in mean time I'll be preparing in that company I mean once I join should I need to tell my lead or manager that this is at where am I and should I just bluff them as i know everything. Any suggestions please...the joining date is around the corner which gives me more anxiety
