The best advice, I can give you here would be don't join this shit company even you don't have any job, ultimately they might ask you to leave even after one month of your joining. Job search may take some time but don't join this shit company in hurry, even if you join they will keep you in so called shit one month trial period, after that 98% candidates are asked to leave the company, in first few days you won't understand what work you are doing and why you are doing this, after few days of your joining you might not feel like going to office, it is that bad environment, join at your own risk and regret later. No pros as such, leave this company as soon as possible. No support from managers you will have to do everything on your own, right or wrong, guidance from managers will be minimal.
