Likes

The company has a great work culture .Teammates are cooperative .Job security is also there if company is not running less of revenue.Every year there is salary appraisal and career growth opportunity.In my profile I did not require to travel.I have learn lot of things there.Work environment is also great.

Dislikes

Because it consists of small number of people promotion takes place slowly but salary appraisal happens annually.

Biased appraisal/salary revision. No job security. No HR rules were followed during my tenure. Lack of business vision.

Work Details

Employees were given 1-2 days termination notice without any justification. When some one served proper notice period he/she had to sit isolated.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
