Company is totally depend on client statement, of client said this is bad person then final verdict is employee is bad. 3. Appraisals in end of year (October) is maximum 5-6% because the manager always said, abhi to new project hi nahi hai, promotion, Appraisals ye sab directors and Partner ke liye hai.
