... don't focus on quality work and then expect quality work from their employees And very very less salary growth ,they don't provide cab for najafgarh ,ghaziabad and noida location.

Igt is defenately very good plateform for freshers. But salary is very low.

Mamagement don't take care of employees. We are doing our best but still they react like we are doing nothing. And after this, i think the roaster maker is so stupid. They alway make wrong pickup/drop.

Good work environment and team mates are very supportive. There is a gym and big cafeteria . Company policies are quite fair. Appraisal is given once a year. I m getting 2 times best employer award

Lot of policies is going on the manao. Salary hike is very less. Career growth is very slow. Notice period is 3 months for grade II employees
