I have been working here from 2.5 years and there was no hike from past 2 years last month received hike even that is not justified. No Proper clarification for anything, Their Unified ticket tool is also not worth their team is not responding properly. They are just closing the tickets without clarifications.

Full on pressure job, you will be tortured if you get any dissatisfaction from customers and a lot of politics played in this organizarion no work development or any career development waste of time

Apart from promotion, everything is good in this Company including salary hike which we're getting approximate 7.5-10% yearly, job security, teammates & seniors, managers & HR, work life balance, fixed working time, improving soft skills and company culture etc.

Career growth is too slow and less salary hike.
