There is a lotvof politics and the management doesn't address our issues.Salary is decent but career growth is slow.There is bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign.On the job training is not given to new joinees

Good place to work satisfied salary and company culture . Good for freshers and many company benefits are there .

Hectic works during peak months and very late appraisals and increment

They should allow more banks for salary accounts apart from ICICI and HDFC. Rest everything is great.

First source is a good pay master.

Their isnt equality at work. All leaders arnt treated the same. Few leaders gets lods of benifits due to their connections with Managers and few who choose to show that reality won't be treated well. So in short u need to just follow the norms of the skillset even if it is against your ethics and values.
