Good job security. Work is decent. Work-life balance depends on your team, good enough for me. Flexible timing. WFH has been around since ages here.

Dislikes

Your pay is what you can bargain for at joining, it remains pretty much the same then. Pay raises are insignificant, lower than inflation. Bonuses are negligible. A lot of clueless people. If you are average, you are usually the smarter one in your team.

Likes

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and tgr management is transparent. There is cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good.

Salary is low.

The thing that impress me about Accenture is the working environment, company values and job security. Another plus point is that my colleagues come from various cultural backgrounds and we work happily in collaboration.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent but growth is too slow. The work pressure is high, sometimes need to work for 12-14 hours a day. I do receive appreciation emails, but sometimes they are unnoticed during appraisals.

It's a great place to start your career in BPO as an associate and grow yourself within the organisation. You can climb the ladder easily once you start delivering the results and prove your capabilities in terms of performance.
