Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior SAP Basis Administrator to lead and manage SAP Basis tasks and infrastructure for our clients. This role demands hands-on experience in SAP implementations, technical expertise, and leadership skills to guide the development and implementation of robust SAP solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and execute SAP Basis administration tasks, including landscape design, client strategy, and capacity planning.
Lead SAP system installations , configurations, and upgrades across multiple landscapes.
Develop and maintain SAP technology roadmaps, ensuring alignment with business goals.
Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) for architectural frameworks and SAP technology stacks.
Manage high-availability setups, disaster recovery strategies, backups, and storage systems.
Oversee performance monitoring, proactive issue identification, and troubleshooting.
Ensure compliance with the software development life cycle (SDLC) .
Provide thought leadership through business papers, white papers, and case studies.
Collaborate in a global delivery model with offshore and multicultural teams.

Mandatory Skills:

At least 10 years of SAP Basis administration experience .
Minimum 3 end-to-end SAP Basis implementation lifecycles .
Proficiency in SAP systems such as ECC, BI, HANA, S/4HANA , Enterprise Portal, Process Integration (XI), and more.
Hands-on experience with NetWeaver Enhancement Packages and SAP Solution Manager.
Expertise in presales, proposal writing, and client presentations.
