I'm store manager of this company. I really enjoy of our work & management, in this company so many sku products, so we get products knowledge and drive business. One best thing in company like always growth which have employee save here of our work.

Very toxic environment made by CM.heavy workloads, limited work-life balance, below-market compensation, and occasional poor management practices. Concerns include bureaucracy, lack of inter-departmental communication

Salary on time ,rest of thing not considered as senior does not have manner to how work task delegate to the junior team manager.. behaviour also the question ❓

State wise transfer and as per inflation in the India overall education and all allmost 8 to 9 % but salary increament as per criteria 6 to 7 % average . If state transfer doing as company business requirements then need to give minimum kids education fees which increased due to transfer .
