Salary - offered decent bonu and hike if you perform well. People are good and understanding leave policy is excellent

promotions - they arent really based on your work but on how much extra you contribute to ey apart from work. ie time spent beyond 9 hours on other ey activities.

Aprat from salary hike and promotion...other things like work culture,team coordination and work life balance are excellent 👌

As it is a subsidiary of a big MNC, the promotion and salary hikes are very slow.

A very good company with great learning opportunities for freshers with good pay and work exposure.
