Haven’t received a salary increase in years and that the company doesn’t recognise hard work. Management team lacks of expertise and execute projects work environment. Soma Dey is very poor and that they spend more time cleaning doing IT works.

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. Work pressure is very high. Sometimes I have to work 2day 3day out of locations I have to attend clint calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night.

It's a great company to begin with. Salary on time, Good environment and great processes.

Salary is very less. Appraisal is not satisfactory. Growth is slow.
