Job Security is another key point which makes employees stick to the organisation for long. Also the fact that there is nothing as month closing with do or die because equally work load is divided throughout the month which is a major plus to be in the organisation in sales department.

...ff but that is hardly the case, ofcourse it varies from bosses and Area offices. Compensation and benefits is another non satisfactory area.
