It's a pleasure to work with Lionbridge. Lionbridge development is mainly on their internal projects(products) and are related to language translation and localization. It is worlds largest localization and translation company. The higher management is extensively good. If you fall under a right team you will have lot of learning opportunity. It is common to have team politics in any organisation similarly here as well. But overall Lionbridge is a good company to work.

Compensation is bit low compare to other organisations.

Some team lead have no good knowlegde due to their experience. But they are taking good package. Aport from him developer are giving good performance. So this is lack of selection team.
