...isk to learn and it's worth towards the end (saying after 15 yrs of experience). The only drawback is package but if you are deserving candidate then you get salary correction as well.

No opportunities at onsite much especially for the non-engineer skills. Additional benefits need to be provided for the challenging roles...

Cognizant has large number of client in various domains providing a lot of opportunities across the world. I have got an opprtunity to work at different locations and in diversified tools and technologies and various domains. It has helped me build a robust career and helped me grow along with the organization.

Dislikes

Frequently changing revision cycles, changing promotions process and cycles and very less salary hikes. Also for the veteran employees, salary standards are very low compard to the market standards

It is a good company, you have a work-life balance with good pay.

Dislikes

-> Management does not have a plan on their roadmap -> They don't care for employees' careers, or hire/fire attitudes (Especially PM roles). -> There are many pieces of training, but not useful for most of the employees.
