Salary credited on time. Work culture is so so.

No work - personal life balance. Worked on holiday's but no comp off. Bonus and salary hike is too low. No training conducted in 3 year's of my term. Very less interaction between higher supervisor.

Salary and incentives are higher than what other banks offer.

Work culture needs improvement, you are expected to work even during holidays or when you've taken an off, unchecked power is there, State heads can relentlessly target their TSMs and public humiliation is considered normal.

I am working in this company from last 4years .Its very good. Salary is on time .Mainly they give opportunity to fresher to work on leads .No partiality. Would highly recommended to join this company

Pay is good, you get good job security and working under Tata brand is itself a privilege.

Worst work culture, no fixed timings of work, you'll be preparing reports day and night, and you'll be giving review everyday, unnecessary pressure environment.
