Sometimes management ignore to address the issue and want results anyhow. Salary is decent and on-time, but career growth is quite slow.

No salary hike compared to others is very low and immediate termination will happen at any point of time where the employee served the company for more years.

...y good but the tym at which we needed company's support the most. They fired us. Before that they deducted our salary we were ok. But suddenly without any prior knowledge they fired more den 200-250 people at a tym from the job.
