Sick Leave policy needs to be revised to make it more employee friendly. Delayed Promotions. Change in appraisal cycle without arrears.

Policies are being misued very badly. Sincere and hard working people cannot survive in this company. Lots of politics. There is no proper work life balance. For engineering this is not a right place.
