I would say that the management style largely depends on the team you are part of. While the company's values feel somewhat superficial, they do provide a decent salary hike but promotion is different war.

I am deeply disappointed with my manager's behavior. He demonstrates a lack of empathy and understanding, and his approach to leadership seems to lack basic respect for others. Trainer (Janvi Parmar) of CIBIL process is not professional. She plays love games with her Trainees. She mix personal and work life together. She does partiality while giving leaves to trainees.
