I have seen here we work on target at any cost .I know this is a part of any private insurance sector.but some times we don't achieve target than very tough to survive here ..here I was selected In that channel where lead provides me but when I came here than channel said no lead will be provided to u .only work in direct channel likes .here company changed his language about my work.

There is a lot of politics from superiors, Company doesn't address the our issues, Salary hike not depends on work it depends on superior interest

Compensation is less, and growth is very slow. The work pressure is very high. Helping colleagues still get no value. Helping CSMs still no appreciation. Value for person's individuality is less. When achieve something, the contest date change, so that your name doesn't come to take prize. The branch is always located far from your place for mostly all. Some people get more time to grow and though they are poor in all aspects. And some are good and have that thing in them, not get time to grow.

In HDFC life overall experience was good. All managers are supportive. Company policies are good, appraisal are fair and they give good salary hike and incentives.
