...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

...nviroment and culture. Management is very supportive. Company policies are good. At this critical situation Covid-19 lockdown company paid basic salary which was very helpful.

Job security is terrible. Good company but no salary increment and did not provide food and accommdations for staff.

Actually company was closed down the hotel manager post from 31 January so their was no lockdown at that time..and I didn't have any job at the lockdown period.

...ast working day and we all are shocked...who did this without any information...and only pay 1 and half month salary behalf of post desolved....
