Compensation is Ok,But growth is slow.For Working hours also Good.I am always Hard worker.What ever work I am doing I am not getting that much growth.Peoples are expecting smart workers.This is not good.the smart worker will always through his work to hard workers.He is smartly escaping.Who ever is working in Accenture Please check the Individual members.How they are working.How the smart workers are working.
