As a result , I 'd opportunity to build relationships within Dr.Reddy's and also with the quality counterparts across the industry. The team , which I'd worked is highly collaborative & supportive to each other . With No doubt, the experience at DRL is an highlight in my entire career.

Dislikes

Compensation is medium (when compared with Pharma counterparts within India) . Career growth is there, however the rate is lethargic rate, as Middle & Senior mgmt positions have role A & role B, which could recognize any difference in responsibility wise.

...p fails, lacks empathy towards team members, decision lacking, blame culture. 4. Salary increments and promotions less compared to other peers.

IBM provides a very good job security for its employees and maintains a healthy work environment. It does not tolerate any kind of work place harassment. It is a great place to work in.

There were certain competencies which paid very well while other competencies pay so much less.
