There is no job security in Genpact, on my own I took an internal movement, but after joining g there and working for 7-10 days i was being told that hiring has stopped and you have to go back to your old process and later it was being told you are on bench now, then got a final letter stating that this is your last month and this will be your last day. So I don't like job security here

The environment was good and all seniors were really helpful.. If one process ramp down then company ship their all employees to the another on going Process.. Which is really good for everyone as for that job security was 5 out of 5 there..

Every things is good they pay their emplee on time don't make delay.. I left that job only as I was not feeling any job satisfaction from that job and that time others Process were not hiring any candidate thats why I left! As it was a quite difficult for me

Yes they are supporting in a better way even we Are working from home they facilitate us with different types of benfits
