Salary is ok to CTC Always one or other functions will be there but if u attend the function u need extend in your working hours Trips - Food in quarterly budget is good

Worst management no proper HR policies, Manager is superior and no value for individual ideas and innovations. Overall ill rate 3 out of 5

HCL gives you job security as compared to any other MNC and you will get salary hike every year depending upon your performance and skills. Company culture is not too good and not to bad

Dislikes

Many of the projects may lead to work in totally Night shifts so HCL should have to provide both sides cabs because many of their employees are coming from very far. HCL should work on their project managements.

Dislikes

Work culture (not all, but because of some senior managers who don't support our ambition), low salary that doesn't increase according to inflations, no bonuses, promotions that grows only in few percent which doesn't make a big difference.

BNY Mellon taking employees on contractual basis on low package and taking freshers from collages with high packages. Company does not convert contractual employee to permanent employee.
