Salary is ok to CTC Always one or other functions will be there but if u attend the function u need extend in your working hours Trips - Food in quarterly budget is good

Gepact is good at on time salary credit and job Security

Some process are at Genpact was horrible that's not the Genpact fault but it's completely unacceptable by internal processes mostly we are working 10 hours per day with out taking any breaks on time

Here you can work life balance and learn many things even company providing you multiple learning platform where you upskill your self

Here salary is low in compare to other equivalent MNC and incriminating is also low but other benefits like job security are great

1. You will get good hike when you come here from another company. 2. Provides internet allowance. 3. Provides you cab if your project allows 4. Managers and Senior Managers are too good

1. No extra benefit other than salary 2. Very poor hikes 3. Very less learning opportunities 4. They dont give you WFH even if you dont have anyone from your project from your location. They will still ask you to come to office 3 days a week.
