Flipkart is one of the topnotch India's most leading brand in e-commerce. I am the fortunate that I work in Flipkart and I have also a good supportive team members. Here I have learned a lot of things during these 2 years from our seniors/friends/juniors. Basically in last mile, we have faced a lot of new & different challenges everyday, it teach us many things like how to handle a worst situations in a easy way. I can say that it's a proud moment to me that I work for a flipkart. Thank you so much Flipkart.

I have little worried about in Flipkart regarding it's employee growth and salary is average compare to our jobs.

The teams are only concentrating on the metrics, not open to the innovation ideas due to labours issue as per planning team.

Dislikes

Compensation is good for contract employees,no guarantee on job.Lots of dumping the products by labours,to complete the metrics whether it's PVR or RCA in one location finds multiple products with irrespective size of products finds mess & difficulty in retreiving the products. Thus the shelf life of product becomes bad / pilferage hence not able to sell to customer.
