If you are hired under campus placement there are high chances that flipkart gonna move you in 3rd parties like jeeves etc Or if in Ekart you'll treated very poorly by colleagues as most of them are not so Qualified. In short if you are in good books of your manager you can work happily which is not going to happen. Favouritism, baisness everything you'll experience specially in it's cheap 3rd party Jeeves consumer Services. Pls don't go if you are looking for a continuous growth coz those people are illiterate no standard organization is there. Every decision is made based on how close you are with your managers. The only thing you get there on regular basis is online training. That's it. Nothing so great about work culture. Your working hours are 9:30 AM TO 6:30 BUT still you to work at home for around 12-13 hrs. You have Sundays and saturdays off in success factor but you have to work on everyday. Worst work culture ever. Flipkart hires students in bulk and then place them randomly anywhere. Salary God knows on which basis is calculated. HR practices are very horrible, no HR will ever explain anything about deductions and incentive received. I think flipkart is in it's own bubble world it has to come out and visit it's partners standards on which they are treating their employees....Read More
