...pping the salaries of the employees on the basis of admissions, fees collection. Leaving employees salary not settling and not crediting. My advice is that , any organisation should send the employee happily by settling the working days salary. Every employee should feel happy and good relationship with organisation. After leaving the organisation employee should not do propaganda that " Narayana school won't settle the leaving employees.No job security".

Too much politics, gossip, increment depends on mood of boss rather than performance.

Good to learn pressure handling about the performance of kid, they atleast ask marks of the kid
