...pping the salaries of the employees on the basis of admissions, fees collection. Leaving employees salary not settling and not crediting. My advice is that , any organisation should send the employee happily by settling the working days salary. Every employee should feel happy and good relationship with organisation. After leaving the organisation employee should not do propaganda that " Narayana school won't settle the leaving employees.No job security".

The decision making of the company and it's behavior of not giving incentives and appraisals.

...uch as leaves, though there is loss of pay we are much stressed to avail leaves. Poor salary

In the present situation Allen has supported us, as many of company denied to pay, Allen paying us for almost zero work.
