I request to you please give me one chance I will prove my self. I like to work again jana bank please.

...every steps they interfare and ruin you work balance. No promotion no Increment. Management try to reduce your salary. You can see you package will increase but reduce you in hand salary. Any time management fire you without any reason when they need to reduce FT.
