We have a huge work force but even the we have to grab public transport to commute to office on a daily basis. Company should think about this issue.

IT & SAP team is worst. They don't respect their team members. I would not recommend anyone to work in SAP team especially. They are least bothered about their employees and thier problems / growth. They disrespect thier own employees , especially juniors in front of third party members./ External members which is the most worst thing. Managers doesn't even know how to motivate team members which are basic skills manager should have. Biased behaviour within internal team regarding appraisal discussion.
