Sales management You have achive your target anyway. Either ethical or unethical. 1st line has no work rather sending you various new type of formats every week last day . So your holiday get hamper. Management has no idea about market and provide un natural growth of 25% to 30% every year. Totally buttering and oiling base management. Higher management knows everything but till they silance. Increment is not based on your performance and achievements. Rather than it's based on how much you can do buttering your 1st line and 2nd line.

Good Brand value across Doctor's with the legacy of efficiency. Salary on time. Flexible work time.

Politics. Delayed in probation and confirmation, Not good for the freshers. No increment at all.
