In sales job is difficult. High targets. Growth only if seniors like you, either hust keep working regularly and achieve targets.

It doesn't have any preferred time any time in a day they will do meetings and etc and we give our work time full like 9Am to 6pm but they skip that time and take meetings on other time like 9 pm or 10pm

Good Company for any Job seekers who want to enhance his skills for sales & marketing job. Company paid good salary and incentive and they paid it on time. You can also learn that how can work in a team. Company give many rewards for achievements of employees. Overall good company for startup.
