Very good in terms of working and salary but Manager like those peoples who are doing lots of buttering and appraisal also happen on buttering talent not working talent So if you have good buttering and jokes cracking talent then Lenskart is a good place for you.

Manager like buttering peoples so not a good place for real hard working peoples who believe in hard work and then promoted on the bases of performance then Lenskart is not for you .If you are good story teller and you know lot's of joke then you future is bright in lenskart. So best of luck every one. Every thing absolutely dam correct on bases of my 3 years working experience with lenskart. Jitendra .Company is good but managers are very bad.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

Other than focusing on NPS focus on employees make them happy with good pay and maintaining them in position as long as possible

Dislikes

Focusing on NPS and getting employee to releave their job is the very worst thinking , other than nps due to covid people and employee families has to have their 3 times meals on their day think about it and don't send employees out
