Initially pay well. And care about its employees gives gifts to employee.

Dislikes

Old employees are not letting work new one. Old employees think like they are boss and don't give proper training to new employee you can survive if you are talented and learn yourself. Management not taking action on it.

Brilliant inclusive work culture , equality in treatment across designations, industry standard pay and above average employee facilities..this company cares for its employees!!

Be more updated about the industry trends and innovate instead of catching up to what others are doing

Company policies, Work culture are awesome. Job security depends on the manager. Management should provide an opportunity to personally choose career based on interest instead of forcing to them to choose as company wishes. Pay needs modifications.

Dislikes

Salary & increments are low. Managers take advantage of situation. Certification costs are not properly reimbursed even after the target is achieved. Micro Management by few managers. Members are force to work from office even after resigning during covid times.

• Relaxed and family-like atmosphere; • Cooperative management, Peers and Employee support (HR, Accounts, IT etc.); • Transparent management.

Dislikes

• Limited skill development scope; • Salary is decent as per market rate but it would be great if slightly improved.

Hackathon, innovation, salary compensation, recognitionorporate outing s, team engagement and hr policies.

Dislikes

Nothing as such but there is always tug of war between management within onshore and offshore especially with work assignment and more owner ship.
