The compensation is quite fair as per industry standards, but what makes it sweeter are policies like work from anywhere, infinite leaves, a year-long primary caregiver leave, extensive customer calls to understand the end-users better...the list just goes on!

Being a startup, there's a a lack of structure in a lot of areas, but we're hiring the right talent who can come and help us improve this over the next few months / years. Another area of concern can be visibility towards job stability. Being a start-up, and the global economy going through recessionary pressures, it'd help if we could get some visibility on the job stability / security.
