Dislikes

Partiality between permanent and contract doctors. Permanent doctors take multiple leaves , won't do any holiday duties , doesn't even work when in hospital, but nobody questions. Max work is done by contract doctors

...y of patients that as resident we get to see. The facilities are up to the mark. Salary is similar to other delhi colleges, which is pretty good. Work environment is very healthy in most of tge departments. There's ample opportunities for research.

Dislikes

The only problem that i can pin point is the amount of work, which can be a bit much sometimes. But it's still less as compared to other peripheral colleges.

9 to 4 working hours in dept of dental surgery. No night shifts On time salary Get to learn a lot of new procedures from the SRs Plenty of chairs to learn on
