... culture is normal. Long working hours as per requirement but not in routine. Only drawback is very low salary hike annualy even less than market standard. Promotions can get in 3-4 years gap or as per your bonding with reporting manager. Overall very good company to work with normal work life balance and even can plan your retirement if you have not any higher wishes of self growth.

Annual hike can be better in terms of market standard.

Compare to other companies here we have more man power. There is no particular work for particular person.we can explore more instruments and equipments. Only 5 days working.they wont allow us to do extra tym also.if we work on additional day,we can take compensatory immediately. Increments are too good in in percentages.minimum 12% max 25 % is guarantee

Overall it is good.negative side is.very strict timings.we should do 9 hr 00 secs.otherwise they will cut salary after seeing 2 to 3 times not for first tym.they wont provide transportation during holidays and weekoffs

...ronment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent.Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give low salary hikes apart from that it's very good for beginners.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent On the job training is not given to new joinees.
