Work was related to my previous job profile. Monthly Salary credit is always in time.

Immidiate manager was not good. more sort of political nature. Manager use to come at office/work only trice in a week max.

Company is good to work with, work culture is excellent.

Salary is quite good but can be better to motivate employees to do their work with their full efficiency.

For carrier growth aarvieencon is very good company...and friendly with employee.

Actually sir I am working with aarvieencon LTD maximum 2 year .last time company doesn't gave my 3 month salary...from October 2019 to December 2019 when I was working in Inox wind infrastructure service LTD till date company not pay my Salary approximately 1lakh 40 thousand rupees ...many times I mail to hr of aarvieencon regarding may salary but there is no response . aarvieencon deposit only Epf money from my Salary till December 2019 but I can not get my 3 month salary October to December 2019 ...now how critical condition of pendemic covid -19 all are know about it.This is my review.
