Key Responsibilities:
- Perform day-to-day Third Party Inspection (TPI) and expediting at various vendor premises to ensure compliance with specifications.
- Carry out inspections strictly as per the Quality Assurance Plan (QAP), General Test Procedure (GTP), Purchase Orders (PO), and applicable national or international standards.
- Issue detailed Inspection Reports and Inspection Release Notes upon completion of the inspection to validate results.
- Collaborate with teams to address discrepancies or non-conformities in a timely manner.
- Follow up with vendors to ensure timely delivery of inspection results and ensure compliance with project specifications.
- Review documents, drawings, and specifications related to inspections for thoroughness and accuracy.
- Ensure all inspections are carried out with adherence to safety and quality standards.

Education & Qualifications:
- Graduate or Diploma holder in Mechanical, Production, or Fabrication Technology Engineering.
- Valid ASNT Level II certification in RT, UT, PT, MT, and VT.
- Additional qualifications such as AWS, API, or CSWIP certifications are preferable.
Certifications & Training:
- Required Certifications:
- ASNT Level II certification (RT/UT/PT/MT/VT).
- Preferred Certifications:
Fundamental Competencies (Mandatory):
- 5 to 15 years of experience as an Inspection Engineer with a TPIA, QA/QC department, PMC, LSTK, or manufacturing unit.
- Hands-on experience with static equipment such as pressure vessels, heat exchangers, columns, and tanks in the oil and gas industry.
- Experience with rotating equipment such as pumps, blowers, compressors, and agitators.
- Proficiency with piping, valves, and bulk items like plates, pipes, tubes, casting, and forging.
- In-depth knowledge of NDT methods such as PT, MT, UT, and RT.
- Exposure to national and international codes and standards, including industry-specific guidelines.
- Knowledge of cladding, NACE requirements, and inspection of clad vessels (NACE 0175).
- Expertise in boiler packages, NDT Level II (VT, RT, UT, MPT) inspections as per ASME Sec-I, with hands-on experience in fabrication, welding, heat treatment, painting, and FAT.
