Thats a good place where you actually feel like doing service not a servant. From logical goals to compensation and office timing, all very good. (Writing basis my tenure with IIFL till Mar 2020)

A bit uncertainty in policy, one at top level can change policy immediately without any proper communication.

...ironment and culture teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. Company policies are good appraisal are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

On the job training is not given to new employees.

Company provide Tab to each employee to work, employees are not satisfied to work with Tab they need PC .... Only this one is negative point in IIFL . Everything is good & well ...

It's Great Experience to work with IIFLWEALTH for more than 12 years. About the job security Management not take any negative Disicion for Lower Gread Employee cost cutting.

No increment and Lower Bonus as I much expect from them.
