Thats a good place where you actually feel like doing service not a servant. From logical goals to compensation and office timing, all very good. (Writing basis my tenure with IIFL till Mar 2020)

A bit uncertainty in policy, one at top level can change policy immediately without any proper communication.

Salary hike and bonus every year. Good work environment and culture

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. No support for audit departments

Centralised authority, if you are lucky enough then will get a good boss.

...s, ideally it should not be, Self driven people must have freedom from all this. Salary Structure should be as per performance, Outsiders gets higher package and those who are working since long they are having less salary. Few Seniors are looks like they are our guardian and they understand our problems, But few seniors we we feel scared even to make a call
