Salary is not good. This company is a few things restricted to incentive and bonus and employee service not good. I am not satisfaction. These are all not good

...t of Tata group policies of company are very good. Best place for women to work. Salary and promotions are best in the industry.

Dislikes

Policies are being misued very badly. Sincere and hard working people cannot survive in this company. Lots of politics. There is no proper work life balance. For engineering this is not a right place.

I resign november 2nd still yet I did not received my salary and reliving letter..so that's 1ly I give dislike. Overall organisation culture good.

We can learn many things. The environment will be adjust to all cultures.

1. Increment will not be in correct time 2. Canteen food is not upto the mark for what we pay.
