I like company environment and work life balance.

As I know much more than my job profile and my work and salary is very low, same with approx 60 percent employees here, so I will say skill growing and salary is low points in Exl.

Work life balance is good in coordination with job security. Compensation and benefits are good and hr policies are employee friendly. I like Akums and it's atmosphere. Most important that management takes care for women's safety and security.

Canteen food is not good and badly need improvement.

Your work life balance will be disturbed if you're from out of station if you work in production department.

SAP, Finance, Master Team, & distribution teams has lots of unidentified process. Which takes lots of time and no helpful team to support.

Main thing is concerned about salary. Managers are not enquired ground level report. who is the hard work and best . Managers are not recognise. Someone said to the manager that's do him like, that's not correct . Production people how much hard working known to all the department but production people's not satisfied in salary matters. That is concerned about salary
